Ryan Quandt (Matthew's sister, Robbyn's son) went in for emergency surgery this morning for an appendicitis. When they went in, they found out that it was gangrenous which means it had ruptured awhile ago. He has been having some pain in his stomach all week, but they thought that it was just the flu. He got out of surgery okay and they are planning on releasing him tomorrow some time. Please pray for him, Robbyn, and Trevor.
As an update on their family, they have a town home in Moorhead, MN and the boys are going to Park Christian. They seem to be doing okay as far as adjusting to the Minnesota winter which is what the boys were worried about. The boys are supposed to go skiing with us next weekend with the youth group. Thanks for all of your continued prayers for their family.
