Aunt B got Finny a teething feeder to suck on fruit or vegetables with. You stick the food in the 'strainer' part and then close the lid and it's like a popsicle that he can hold and suck on. He really didn't like the mashed carrots the other night, but I had all of the rest of it frozen into little ice cubes. Mom suggested I put one of the ice cubes in his teething feeder to suck on. HE LOVED IT! He sucked and sucked on that thing until there was nothing but warm mush left in it (that was fun to clean out). Then he cried for more. It took him about 45 minutes, but he ate (sucked out) two of the cubes of frozen carrots. We had an interesting diaper after that too. =) In the video, you can hear him sucking on it. Sometimes he would make a growling sound too trying to get the juice out. Thanks Aunt B!
Thankfully, today Finny is doing much better. He still has a fever of anywhere from 100 to 101.7, but not near as high as it got yesterday. He has been much happier and playing a lot more today. I had planned on going on the Jr. High ski/snowboard trip tomorrow night, but we don't want to pass this on to 30+ Jr. Highers that are going. Wouldn't that be a fun trip!

I'm so glad he likes it! I'm happy he's feeling better too; he must have been thinking of his Aunt B. :) Be good little Finn!
He has such cute baby noises--I wish I was there to hear them in person. Maybe we'll get to see him in May?????

Sarah, I can't wait for you to be able to hold him again...well I can't wait for any of you guys to be able to do that. It's really sad being this far away. Hopefully we'll be seeing you soon.
