friends or brothers?

Finley is again in AWANA this year and does very well memorizing verses. However, there was a section to bring a friend and you don't get an award until you bring a friend...or so I thought. All he had to do was invite a friend and then he would get his award. From the way it sounded, he was the only one that didn't get an award tonight because he hadn't invited anyone. Breaks my heart typing it. He was so upset afterward that the Sparks director was in talking to him about it. While talking to him about how he needed to invite a friend, she asked, "Do you have any friends you could invite?" He replied, "All I have is two little boys in diapers." I'm pretty sure the book didn't mean to bring your little brothers ages 2-1/2 and 15 months. He's so sweet...
